Over the years Michael has managed the development, coordination, renovations and planning of client-owned and operated entertainment projects. He has acted as client representative for the construction and oversight for a multi-million dollar new construction project in Washington, DC and three theatre renovations in New York City ranging in size from $10 million to $80 million.
